Secretary Zombozo, while aligned with the heroes, still retains his boisterous disposition and the desire to hypnotize the populous.
History[]
In Ben 10,010, Secretary Zombozo informed President Gwen that the press was awaiting her. He tried to run the idea of hypnotizing the country to her, but was shot down. He then opened her press conference.
