Kevin 11 give Xingo a power up in order to prevent his favorite TV show from getting dropped... but his actions have terrible consequences. With Xingo set loose to wreak havoc on other TV shows, it is up to Ben to stop both Kevin and Xingo.
Plot
Ben clicks through the channels on the TV, bored waiting on Max to get back from some event at Biggie Box. Gwen points out that Xingo is on, but Ben isn't feeling it. The channel is changed to Lucky Girl, and Ben and Gwen both fight over the remote. Ben transforms into Stinkfly in order to get the remote back. In the store, Kevin walks through trying to change the channel on the store TVs. He changes the channel to Xingo, and finds out that it's getting cancelled. Kevin gets mad and transforms into Bootleg. He upgrades the TV allowing Xingo to hop through different TVs in the store, entering different shows. Xingo lands in the show Lucky Girl. Lucky Girl tries to kick him out, but Xingo starts messing around, harming them.
Back in the Rustbucket, Ben notices on TV that Xingo is in the show Lucky Girl. In the store, Ben runs to Max and Gwen and tells them that he saw Xingo in the show "Lucky Girl". Soon Ben hears a laugh, knowing it's Kevin. Ben asks him if he set Xingo free, and once Ben finds out, they both transform. Ben being Heatblast, and Kevin being Hot Shot. Xingo hops through multiple shows why they fight. He eventually makes it to a news channel, and causes it to rain cats in dogs. Gwen and Max looks outside and notices that it's actually raining cats and dogs. Gwen demands they stop Xingo. Xingo notices a news channel featuring a satellite, but before he leaves towards it, Gwen turns off the TV, preventing Xingo from entering. Xingo hops through multiple other channels, each being unlucky for him. Kevin yells out to Kevin and tells him to get the remote away from Gwen.
Heatblast and Hot Shot still fight each other, but Kevin then turns into Thornblade throwing Ben, and taking the remote away from Gwen and smashing it. Xingo then hops through different channels, until he is stopped again. It is revealed that Gwen was changing the channels manually. Max soon calls over to Gwen, telling her that Ben and Kevin are on the local news. Gwen gets an idea and tells Ben to get ready to punch. She changes the channel to the news channel taking place in the store. Slapback then punches him while trying to punch Kevin. Xingo gets mad at both Kevin and Ben. Xingo insults Kevin, making him mad. Kevin starts raging and accidentally punches Xingo. Ben and Kevin then start beating up Xingo. They eventually send Xingo flying towards Lucky Girl's show. Lucky Girl and her team beats Xingo up, forcing Xingo to return home. Gwen shuts off the TV, high fiving Ben. Kevin denies that it was a team effort and claims he did all of the work. Ben and Kevin argue, and Gwen shows them the Lucky Girl show. Ben admits the show isn't that bad, and he begins watching it with Gwen. Kevin leaves claiming the show is boring, and walks off. He then hides behind a store shelf and watches it with them.

Minor Events
Apparently, the Tennysons have faced Xingo more times than previously shown on-screen, with one such example involving Xingo's head being embed into Max's shoulder.
Kevin: What? Cancel? How can they cancel a great show like "Xingo" when garbage like "Lucky Girl" gets 18 seasons, a radio drama, and a supplementary comic tie-in about the Omega Lucky Scouts that showed up after the fourth season finale when... Um, I mean, of course I don't watch a lame show like that. Don't worry, Xingo! I got your back!
Kyle: There's no saving me Quinn. I'm just a bad dude. Quinn: No Kyle, we're not giving up on you! Bob: I don't don't know Quinn, he's a pretty bad dude.
(Xingo walks in) Quinn: No Bob. No dude is too bad to save. Xingo: Blah! Why so serious! I hope this gets rebooted.
Xingo: Kevin! Forget about Ben for a second and just get the remote away from girl Ben already!
Xingo: What just happened? (Gets punched) Thornblade: Quit dodging! Xingo: Hey! Ow-wow-wow! Watch where you're throwing those punches, kid! Slapback: I punched you? Xingo: And you, Kev-a-lev-a-ding-dong! I thought I told you to nip that kid in the tuchus. Thornblade: Kev-a-what? Slapback:(Laughs) He called you ding-dong. Xingo: I should have known better than to ask a second-rate alien kid to take on the real deal. Thornblade: What? Second-rate? Xingo: Face it, kiddo. You're a bootleg Ben Tennyson, a second-class alien brat living in the shadow of another alien brat. Thornblade: No, I'm not!
This episode makes a reference to Ben 10: Alien Force and Ultimate Alien when one of the TV screens plays a show that's a parody of the aforementioned series, with characters that resemble classic Ben, Gwen, and Kevin in their teens under different names and wearing re-colored clothes.
Xingo berates the show for being overly serious and hopes it gets rebooted, a gag on how Ben 10 got rebooted with a light-hearted tone.
Lucky Girl is stated to have about 18 seasons, this could be a nod to the Classic Continuity having a total of 18 seasons from all4series.
Xingo pokes fun at how long it took for Lucky Girl's wand to charge, a common cliché on most power ups in any media.
When Xingo returns to his world, Gwen quotes the phrase "That's all folks", which is the catchphrase of Porky Pig at the closing scene of a Looney Tunes episode, playing on how Xingo is based on their animation style.
One of the TVs Xingo gets into is a parody of "Jurassic Park", except the T. rex is depicted with exaggerated chicken-like feathers.
One of the boxers bears a slight resemblance to Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho.
Trivia
This episode chronologically takes place before Roundabout as Kevin is not yet trapped between space and time.[DR 1] This is because new episodes were ordered at the last minute.[DR 2] The extra season 3 episodes were supposed to be spread throughout the season.[DR 3]
The cameo Michael Morningstar makes was through his character Sebastian in the film "The Un-alivers" from Bright Lights, Black Hearts. Xingo pops into the movie interrupting a kissing scene.
Poster-sized pictures of Vilgax can be seen on a wall with the Alien Guy, who is seen dressing as a alien and talks about the existence of aliens, having discovered Vilgax was a real alien.
The Docile Dragon's temple from Shhh! and the college stadium from Clown College can be seen on some TV screens. In one scene, the village from Shhh! also appears.
In the original pitch for the episode, Kevin was supposed to be shoplifting with stuff falling out of his jacket every time he moved, but the network decided it was too imitable for young kids, so the joke got cut.[KT 1]
This marks the last episode that Ben uses Stinkfly.
