- XLR8 and Feedback have their 11-year-old appearances.
- Rath (in images only) and Armodrillo have their Ultimate Alien appearance.
- When battling Malware, he makes sounds like the Ant Queen.
- Heatblast has Four Arms' quotes and his attack sounds like Feedback's attack.
- Cannonbolt's statistics has Bloxx's face.
- Diamondhead has an Omnitrix symbol on his chest, similar to his 10/11-year old form.
- The game erroneously refers to the base belonging to Khyber as a ship belonging to Dr. Psychobos.

- Lignum's Soundtrack is taken from an Unused Track in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall.[1]
- Ignis' Soundtrack is also taken from FusionFall, The Track used is from the Null Void.[2]
- All of the dialogues in the game were recycled and reused from prior episodes of Arc 1, 2 and 3 as well as the first game.
