Mad Harangue is Mad Ben's dimension's version of Will Harangue.
Appearance[]
Previously, Mad Harangue appeared identical to his Prime Timeline counterpart's human form, but he dressed in more rugged, makeshift, desert-raider clothing.
After he was regressed into a baby by Maltruant, he now has a single strand of curled brown hair on his forehead. He also wears bandages around him, making them look like diapers,
Personality[]
Mad Harangue was fanatically loyal to Mad Ben, praising him as their leader and smearing Mad Ben's enemies. He would quickly grovel in fear at Mad Ben's feet.

Mad Harangue was a mid-ranking member among Mad Ben's mining slaves until he was regressed to an infant by a time ray from Maltruant that was intended for Dr. Psychobos.
After Mad Harangue was regressed by Maltruant's time ray, he is being re-raised by Mad Pakmar as the latter's adoptive son.[DJW 1]
