Vilgax 3000 is a revenge seeking, time travelling descendant of Vilgax from the year 3000, who planned on changing history by killing Ben 10,000's past self, after getting defeated by him in his adult form.
Appearance[]
Vilgax 3000's appearance is very similar to his ancestor's before becoming a cyborg. He lacks the red separation between his shoulder and forearm, he has no spikes on his shoulders and the torso of his outfit is red instead of black.
Personality[]
Vilgax 3000 is a vengeful and tactical villain, he is also prideful of his lineage and that is what drove him to get revenge. He also wished to get the satisfaction of ending Ben himself (even saving him from a different villain), not caring if he's defenseless or a younger version of him.
History[]
Prior to The Once and Future Ben, Vilgax 3000 time travelled to Ben 10,000's time to get revenge on him for defeating Vilgax however, he was soon defeated by Ben using Spitter. He later travelled further back in time disguised as Ben 10,000 to attempt to destroy the 10-year old version of Ben but the real Ben 10,000 arrived and the two versions of Ben defeated Vilgax 3000 by using Arctiguana and the villain was sent 20,000 years back in time to the ice age by Gwendolyn.
Powers and Abilities[]
Vilgax 3000 can shapeshift, he was able to disguise perfectly as Ben 10,000 and transform his arm into a gun.
Vilgax 3000 is shown to be intelligent as he was able to tamper with the Omnitrix.
Equipment[]
He wields a time-travel device that is also able to create force-fields.
Weaknesses[]
Vilgax 3000 can become immobilized in ice.
