History[]
Alien Force[]
In Ben 10: Alien Swarm, Ben and Elena arrive here. It has been cleared out by the Hive, but they have left Ship-It order slips behind. Other leftover files in the office indicate that Victor was studying and upgrading the chips, and a picture indicates that Elena is close to the person controlling them. A group of people under the control of the chips attack Ben and Elena, forcing them to retreat. They head to the Ship-It building to investigate further.
Ultimate Alien[]
In Revenge of the Swarm, Ben, Gwen and Kevin decide to go come here to investigate, following Ben's encounter with Valadis. However, they only find a janitor, who was working with Valadis on a few experiments before he recently died. The group decides to go to Elena Valadis for help.
Later in the episode, Gwen and Kevin realize that they are targets for the nanochips while Ben isn't, thinking that Elena is behind the attacks. So they come back here and find the janitor again, thinking him to be a part of the attacks. However, the janitor gives only more clues to Elena's seeming involvement in the nanochip attack (she refers to herself as we and us much like the possessed Victor).
