Alpha's Ultimatrix retained the gauntlet-shaped body and green color scheme as Ben's, but also had root-like veins stretched across the surface and its hourglass was colored red, as a result of being powered by the corruptive Nanites he absorbed from the Bug Jar.

Ben 10/Generator Rex: Heroes United[]
Alpha created this device after two attempts at hacking Ben's Ultimatrix, seeking an alternative to the Omega-1 Nanite in order to sustain himself. He battled both Ben and Rex using EVO versions of alien transformations, before the device was destroyed by Rex, using his nanites to remove it from Alpha.

The Ultimatrix allowed Alpha to transform into EVO versions of alien life-forms accessed by the original Ultimatrix's database. The mutations provided by the nanites offered drastic changes to the size and anatomy of the transformations, sometimes imbuing them with new powers and abilities, such as fire whips for the Pyronite DNA sample.
The Ultimatrix had a quick change feature, allowing Alpha to change forms while already transformed by touching the Ultimatrix symbol.
Clothing[]
The Ultimatrix could provide coverings for the transformations, such as shorts for the Tetramand DNA sample.
Rex could also build a copy of the Omnitrix if his nanites had the blueprints, materials, and alien DNA. However, he doesn't have enough mastery over these nanites to focus enough to build it.[DR 1]
