Ultimate Humungousaur is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of a Vaxasaurian.
Appearance[]
Albedo as Negative Ultimate Humungousaur[]
Negative Ultimate Humungousaur is a humanoid dinosaur-like creature, with dark blue armor similar to that of an Ankylosaurus. He is more burly and muscular than his pre-evolved form.
He has camo green skin and his helmet[DJW 1] has three silver spikes running down the top, and two downward pointing black horns on the sides. His back armor has long spikes running down each side, his plated chest and torso are dark blue with five spikes on each end and his tail has a blue mace on the end of it, with silver spikes.
Ultimate Humungousaur's knuckles have silver barrels on them, which he can transform into four-barreled missile launchers and he also has black claws.
Ultimate Humungousaur wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
In Omniverse, Negative Ultimate Humungousaur has greyish-tan skin, his spikes are yellowish-brown, and his shoulders sport armor plating. His overall appearance is more techno-organic, almost like a cyborg. He has exposed metallic tubes on his skin and black "veins" on his skin. He wears the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
Ben as Ultimate Humungousaur[]
In Ultimate Alien, Ben's Ultimate Humungousaur looks exactly like Negative Ultimate Humungousaur in Alien Force, except his eyes and Ultimatrix symbol are green.
Powers and Abilities[]
Ultimate Humungousaur can transform his hands into bio-gatling guns that shoot missiles[note 1] which deal major damage, and can even damage and knock out a Petrosapien.[1] Ultimate Humungousaur can also shoot out bullets.[2]
Ultimate Humungousaur is exponentially stronger than Humungousaur, even being able to fight off Vilgax's army of Bioids transformed as Humungousaur.[3] He is also strong enough to lift and throw a To'kustar,[4] and rupture the ground by just punching it.[3]
Ultimate Humungousaur has impeccable durability, thanks to his hard-armored body and muscular bulk. This is best seen in his fight against Atomix, where he was able to withstand his Nuclear Punch and an atomic blast.[5]
Ultimate Humungousaur has both great speed, agility and great reflexes, as he was able to easily dodge attacks from Antonio.[6]
Ultimate Humungousaur is resistant to both fire and heat, as demonstrated when he ran through flames ignited by a Mark 12 Techadorian Multiblaster.[3]
Ultimate Humungousaur's tail is powerful enough to knock away his opponents, such as Captain Nemesis, with ease.[7] He also has a mace on his tail for some extra damage.
Weaknesses[]
Ultimate Humungousaur lacks his devolved counterpart's ability to change his size.[DM 2][DM 3][DM 4]
Ultimate Humungousaur's size can make moving through areas designed for smaller species difficult.[8]
Like Humungousaur, Ultimate Humungousaur is vulnerable to electricity, such as that generated by a Conductoid.[1]

- Ultimate Humungousaur first appeared in The Final Battle: Part 1, where he was used by Albedo to defeat Humungousaur.
- In The Final Battle: Part 2, Negative Ultimate Humungousaur was defeated by an army of Bioids as Humungousaurs.
Ultimate Alien[]
- Ultimate Humungousaur was first used by Ben in Too Hot to Handle, where he briefly battled P'Andor, Buzz, Surgeon, and Hammer and accidentally caused a cave in.
- In Hero Time, Ultimate Humungousaur fought Overlord before switching into Goop.
- In Where the Magic Happens, Ultimate Humungousaur briefly battled Addwaitya and some Scrutins before escaping Legerdomain.
- In The Enemy of My Enemy, Ultimate Humungousaur battled and was defeated by Ultimate Kevin.
- In Girl Trouble, Ultimate Humungousaur defeated Antonio.
- In The Ultimate Sacrifice, Ultimate Humungousaur battled the Red Robot until Sentient Ultimate Humungousaur took over his body. Ultimate Humungousaur's personality alternated between his sentient counterpart's and Ben's until he reverted in a way that trapped Ben inside the Ultimatrix.
- In Solitary Alignment, Ultimate Humungousaur battled Sir George until they made an agreement over what will happen regarding the showdown with Dagon.
- In Couples Retreat, Ultimate Humungousaur fought Darkstar.
- In Night of the Living Nightmare, Ultimate Humungousaur was seen confronting Albedo in a dream.

- In The Ultimate Heist, Negative Ultimate Humungousaur attacked Ben and was pinned down by Eye Guy before switching into Negative Ultimate Echo Echo.
- In A Fistful of Brains, Negative Ultimate Humungousaur defeated Crashhopper and Diamondhead, but was defeated by Feedback.
- In For a Few Brains More, Negative Ultimate Humungousaur defeated Bloxx, but was quickly defeated by Atomix and switched into Negative Ultimate Spidermonkey off-screen.
- In And Then There Were None, Negative Ultimate Humungousaur chased after No Watch Ben before Spidermonkey got the latter to safety.

Ben 10 Ultimate Alien: Cosmic Destruction[]
Ultimate Humungousaur is a playable alien in Cosmic Destruction, on all platforms, but only during a brief period of time during the first level, the Catacombs, against Vulkanus' Pickaxe minions. Ultimate Humungousaur can do a stronger version of Humungousaur's shoulder charge and punch the ground to create large shockwaves. He can also shoot missiles.

- Negative Ultimate Humungousaur is the first Ultimate form to appear onscreen.
- He is also the first Ultimate to be accessed via the recreated Ultimatrix.
- Ultimate Humungousaur is the only Ultimate form that appeared in three different shows in the Classic Continuity, and was the only Ultimate Form to be used by Albedo outside of Omniverse.
- Ultimate Humungousaur was the Alien of the Month in April 2011.
- Ultimate Humungousaur's Omniverse design was created by Steven Choi alongside Chap Yaep and Dou Hong.[DJW 2]
- Ultimate Humungousaur was originally supposed to appear in:
- Escape From Aggregor. His role was taken by Brainstorm in the final version of the episode.[outline 1]

- Derrick J. Wyatt did not think Ultimate Humungousaur was anywhere near as cool as Humungousaur, including their Omniverse designs. This is because he was more of a Brachiosaur fan, as nothing could top them in his eyes.[DJW 3]
