He is a very tall, brutish alien with green skin.

He, like his wife and daughter, was in suspended animation in stasis pods for half a century because of the time machine experiment that happened in 1952 which caused their ship to crash on Earth, which then got buried. They came from a different galaxy and were searching for a place named Alpha Proxima in the other half of the Milky Way to colonize.

As his daughter demonstrated, their species possesses enhanced strength and enhanced durability.
