1) This isn't marvel, and while it may be based on it, not everything is exactally the same. 2) Ever since its first appearence, the null void has been described as an inescapable sub-demension. So nothings getting in or out without a null void projector. And 3) Omniverse didn't retcon anything about the null void, UA did. We never heard of a null void prison until UA. Before that, we just asumed prisoners ran wild in there. And even after prisons were introduced, we still saw prisoners run wild in UA. So again, phil, like most of the null void, was never put in a prison, so he didn't escape. This was all made very clear in the episodes if you would have paid attention to them.
Again, WATCH THE EPISODES because you continuesly list serveral wrong pieces of information. The Rooters DID preform crimes against humanity. THATS HOW THE STORY ARC ENDED. With them getting their punishment. And yes, this time their crimes were sort of ignored (But they were intentionally left trapped in the null void, which is still a punishment), but that is only because the plumbers didn't want info to leak out that their secret agents preformed horrible crimes.
And AGAIN for the millionth time KEVIN"S POWERS ARE EXPLAINED. I'm getting a little impatient. I'm not trying to be rude, but at this point it sounds like your just trolling people because I have literally explained this part in every one of my replies to you. This is how kevins powers have been explained over the years: In the first show, he was a mutant, in AF they retconed it so that he was an alien hybrid, then in omniverse, they retconed it again so that he is a mutant again, just like he was in the original series. Thats not removing the explination, thats bringing back the original one.
And yes, the animation and expresions of omniverse are cartoony, but so was teen titans, and I don't see anyone complaining about that. As for "invaisons, treason, and human experimentation being forgotten", they aren't. Like I said, the rooters were punished. And while the incursions and Will weren't punished by law, that is because they reached an "agreement" at th end of the episode where Attea would make the incursions leave Earth. And Will would get some pay back, because we latter found out the whole deal hurt his reputation.
So omniverse doesn't just "forget" about villans past deeds like your suggesting. And, again, this is all info directly from the episodes. So just go watch them.
