Thank you. Also there was a quote Derrick said about the original Ben 10 the events that made him serious when he was older being moved from 15 to 20.
Here it is! http://ask.fm/DerrickJWyatt/answer/120961000308
Time is not linear, it's like a wave! A wave with branches, or river...s...plit offs?
Thanks again Nadir32!

I just reread this comment. Why does everyone still think what Derrick says is fake or a rumor?
Anything Derrick says of the show is true. He works on the show.

Because they are Ben 10 fans, time travel stories made them like this.

What? That doesn't make sense. There are two parts to this sentence and one part does not agree with the other.

It does make sense but okay time travel stories in Ben 10.

You had me until okay. What does the rest mean? "okay time travel stories in Ben 10?" some form of that grammar is incorrect and it's giving me a hard time making sense of what you're saying.

And Toepick's ability to throw slime balls was true at the time, back when Toepick wasn't ever meant to appear, the same deal with Atomix and every other alien that used to just be mentioned-only. When the OV team got their hands on these aliens, they botched them completely; Toepick-ex-machina and Atomix-ex-machina. That's literally all they are -- easy ways out. So the fact that they lack the necessary powers is irrelevant.
The pop-ups are true and will continue to be regarded as such so long as we know of them and they are not outright deemed false. If even Matt Wayne is uncertain of this Ben 10,000's relation to the original, then more likely than not, it's not the same Ben 10,000, especially if Gwendolyn is not his daughter and -- being an extension of the Ben we've seen in canon -- Vilgax is not dead. These are clear dividers of the original and the Omniverse one, but I wouldn't put it past this show to mess one more thing up and manage to retcon even this.
And Derrick's always complaining about UAF breaking the continuity >.>

Also in the case of anything from the future it's never safe to say "this won't happen." Until we absolutely see it we won't know. In the case of Vilgax being dead, how do you know he won't be? How do you know the last episode of Omniverse the won't find a way to kill him so he's dead in the future? Just saying things aren't always as they appear.
This means that they have never heard of the phrase "If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
