They kinda different in a way
they are the same species but different races i doupt they have separate DNA listing on the omnitrix. Perk and Merk would be like Asian,African,European, ect in term of human races or the different Vulpimancers we seen.
Plus the Omnitrix pages show them separate so I figured they're like the same alien but at the same time their own thing. Same species technically but still very different. Kind of like big cats. All are technically the same but they are different (i.e. lion is different than a tiger etc.)

True, but the only reason we don't have make more distinction between different human races is because it hasn't proved relevant to Ben 10. The alien transformations, on the other hand, are. And as for vulpimancers, the only explanation for their diverse appearance is basically saying that that's just how vulpimancers (as a whole) are. The same cannot be said for the gourmands.
Its like like making 2 pages for humans(Black ones and White ones)
Don't say that like it's so ridiculous. If it were an important aspect of Ben 10, we would do it. It's not, so we won't, but the alien transformations are.
But allow me to make some points:
1. Murk and Perk Gourmands are genetically separate. Murks are Murks, Perks are Perks, and one cannot become the other. It then follows that the Omnitrix contains DNA from both, or Ben would not be able to assume both forms. In other words, they are separate DNA samples.
2. I would like to believe that I do not need to defend why we separate articles even on similar subjects when possible. We have three Omnitrix pages (prototype, ultimate, and current), and this is a good thing. We have easily a dozen or more individual pages on random humans each with maybe a couple background appearances at best. What do they have as to keep them from being packed together as miscellaneous humans? Individual names? Appearances at separate times? The mere quality of looking different? The Upchucks have all of these.
3. Of course, it would be somewhat nonsensical to keep them all on a page entitled Miscellaneous humans. That wouldn't be orderly. Now, there are two ways of keeping things organized. The first is by keeping like with like. This works best when there aren't too many distinct details to mix up. When there are, it's best to go the other way: keeping things which are sufficiently distinct apart. To wit, a metaphor: a fellow studying plants would do well to keep his similar plants together. But if those plants have vines which would wrap around each other until he always needed to trace them back to their sources to tell which were which, he would do just as well to keep them at a sufficient distance.
4. Murk and Perk Upchuck fall into the latter category. The page as it currently exists makes constant distinctions between the two. It would actually be better to separate it, since there are really two pages there which are smashed together.
5. But maybe it still seems an awkward choice to separate something which seems so similar. But when you think about it, we have separate pages for Ben Tennyson, Four Arms, Swampfire, and Bloxx. They share the same mind, so in theory, they're the same character. But they really are quite different. And when you come down to it, so are Murk and Perk Upchuck.
You know, this is really convincing. I say, why not? I think they would end up more orderly if they were separate; the Murk-Perk Upchuck case is just one exception that needs to be made because it does really seem like two dissimilar subjects are being shoved into one page simply because nearly every section has a division of Murk and Perk.
We'd keep the Upchuck page, but it would just be a disambiguation one, linking anyone searching for him to either article. The only argument that can really be made is if you're looking quickly for when he's appeared (maybe we keep each other's Appearances listings on both pages as is?), and the fact that the Powers and Abilities and Trivia sections, in addition to the infobox, will be mostly copy-pasted.

No not at all they're SUB SPECIES two different species from the same one caused by genetic mutation so no its not like that at all.

No, they're races. It's been said several times by DJW alone.
