I have the Toepick action figure. The mask doesn't come off. Robobot1747 is right. You don't have to see his face to know that it's too terrifying to be shown on TV. His face turned one of Ben's most frightening villains completely pale. If they ever did show his face, most likely anyone who would see it would be petrifyed (paralyzed with fear.)
It has nothing to do with it scaring children (though it might which would be easy) but more of they can't. As scary as Toepick is what makes him more scary is the unknown, that we don't know what he looks like. Also Derrick and the other animators would be hard pressed to crank out a design all people unanimously would agree was terrifying. The closest you will ever get are the toys.
they probably cant animate something scary enough. toepicks powers are that he's so horrifyingly ugly that his enemies submit. think about it, can you make a drawing that will get people to scream in terror and beg you to put it away?. toepick is so scary and ugly his true face will never be seen.
If he were hypnotic, then his eyes would most likely be swirled. But I wouldn't count out him being hypnotic yet, the Ben 10 franchies has given out tons of suprises, after all, they did create a guy named Toepick!

1- Maybe his face turns into what ever the person looking at it, so they wouldn't be able to animate what every one who will ever see jis face's greatest fear.
2- If it was scary enough to scare Psyphon, wouldn't it scare the animators.
3- It's very possible that they can't show it on T.V. It's not like they haven't had something to scary to show on an episode of Ben 10 before (Solitary Alignment).
I do think that it would be sweet if his face did appear though
I never watched Solitary Alignent (I want to), but I saw quotes and the only thing that kinda scared me was when it said that Azmuth showed Ben, Gwen and Kevin a video of Sir George cutting out a beasts heart and leaving the sword in it, did they show it? If so was that the part of Solitary Alignment that was scary?
Not to get to far off topic, or Toepick, but the correct grammer useage there would be morbid, since gruesome would mean that you either looked gruesome, or you did gruesome things. Morbid means that you're insterested in gruesome things. Wow, that was really of Toepick. Or topic. So, what would be the likely hood of Toepicks face being shown?

Deharo, google translate is not accurate...
I agree. If one of your messages don't make sense, I have to translate it in French, then translate that french message to english. It does make a little more sense when I do that, but still, translate isn't that good.
I dont think they would ever show his face. I think his face will stay a mystery - why? It's either hugely difficult or impossible to make his face terrifying and you can look at films/shows as an example - they attempt to make a truly scary face but it just doesn't work out as scary. Sure the face can scare some but not the majority of audience. On top of that if they did manage to pull off something terrifying they wouldn't be able to show it to us since young people watch this show too. I think it would be good if they had an mature rated version thats actually more disturbing or something.
