In Malgax Attacks, Blukic, Driba and Luhley are fighting Negative Ultimate Rath in Azmuth's lab, Ultimate Rath manages to "obliterate" Azmuth. Blukic and Driba then figure out that Azmuth is still alive and he just teleported himself at the exact moment of his presumed death, they use the Teleport Beacon to reconstitute Azmuth.
