-Guys look at the new pics the metal cage hides his real face which is black and really gross!
-All though Ken complains about Toepick's apperace but what most people can tell it was just an eggageration.
-Most people can't tell if it was an exaggeration or not. It's likely the original crew that worked on Ben 10 didn't draw Toepick when they got to ''Ken 10'', just simply described him as the ugliest alien in the book. Chances are, the OV crew really couldn't think of anything, so when they finally made this, they made something that at the moment isn't even uglier than The Worst.
