I thought Phil would be considered a former member of the Faction since he worked for Psychobos and Malware and wore a pre-programmed Nemetrix, with DNA collected by Khyber. Since Khyber, Malware, and Dr. Psychobos were all involved in this action, wouldn't Phil also be a member of the Faction, albeit a former one? I tried to add this in, but someone reverted the edit. Phil was never a willing member of the faction due to being forced as a test subject for the nemetrix.
