The Tachyon Cannon is a weapon that keys into the bio-signature of the target. It disrupts every individual cell with matching DNA in a certain radius, taking the target (or targets) apart on a sub-cellular level.
Appearance[]
The gun itself seems like a heavy blaster with a large front and a green bar on the side presumably for the "battery" in the gun while also what appears to be a scope on the top. It also has two slopes getting bigger to the front of the gun.
History[]
Alien Force[]
One is mentioned by Kevin in Singlehanded, in an attempt to distract Sunder, who was trying to steal the Omnitrix.
Ultimate Alien[]
In Ultimate Aggregor, Kevin mentioned that Aggregor used a Tachyon Cannon on the Plumbers, leaving radiation scoring on the debris.
Omniverse[]
In a flashback during Malefactor, Grandpa Max tried to use it to destroy Malware, but the dangerously psychotic Galvanic Mechamorph survived the attack, absorbed the very powerful weapon, and mutated even further, thus entering into his third form.
Functions[]
This weapon is normally a weapon of last resort. It could potentially attack those with similar DNA to the target even if they were not directly in its path.
A Tachyon Cannon could destroy every human within a hundred miles because humans have "less than one percent variation" in their genetic makeup.[1][2]
Appearances[]

Season 2[]
- Malefactor (first appearance; flashback)
Etymology[]
Tachyons are hypothetical faster than light particles, which are capable of travel backward through time.
