The Sub Energy is an alien energy source that first appeared in Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10 (Part 1).
Description
It is said to have the energy to destroy an entire continent. It even makes nuclear power plants look like wind-up toys when compared to it. The energy source is kept in a container.
It is said that Sub Energy is 20 times more powerful than the Sun.
History
Originally it was given to the Plumbers of earth sometime in the past as a reward for capturing an alien fugitive by grateful aliens they helped. Despite the good the sub energy can do for mankind, it was deemed too dangerous to use and locked up. Likely because of the various factors like the level of technology Earth has (only level 2 technology) and Humans are not ready to use it responsibly and maturely.
The sub energy unleashed
Driscoll managed to take it in and equip it to his Power Suit, he was able to use its energy to empower himself but Perk Upchuck managed to rip it off and used it as an attack aimed at the sky while accidentally destroying the president's faces at Mt. Rushmore.
The Sub Energy can also be seen in Ben 10 Alien Force the video game where it's the power source for a trio of weather machines and it is the powersource of Vilgax's Null Void projector in Vilgax Attacks, in the latter it's mentioned that the energy source can be made using the left over nuclear waste of Vulpin or the energy present in Taydenite.
