Strabismus looks like a normal Churl wearing a white jacket over a black shirt. He has a blue headband tied on his chest and he wears a blue crown-like hat on the top of his head.

Ultimate Alien[]
In Eye of the Beholder, Strabismus attacked Baz-L for stealing the Oculant of the Sentinels of Monawk, whom he and his species worship. Eventually, when Ship, Julie, Ben, Gwen and Kevin came to rescue Baz-L, he, along with the other Churls, used his energy beam to attack them. He later awakened the Sentinels, and when Baz-L vomited out the Oculant, peace was made. At the end of the episode, he told the group to be quiet when they were talking, as they were in a temple.
