Steam XLR8[2][3][1] is a steam-powered robot version of XLR8 built by Steam Smythe.
Appearance[]
Steam XLR8 resembles a brown colored mechanical version of XLR8. He he has two pipes on his back where steam comes out from, a dull claw on each arm, bolts on his helmet, arms, chest and tail, and wheels for feet. He has a large grill as a mouth and two red eyes. He has a grey gear on his chest.
Powers and Abilities[]
Like XLR8, Steam XLR8 is able to run at great speeds.
Due to being a robot, he is stronger and more durable than XLR8. He is strong enough to lift and throw cars as well as smash through a line of cars with his body while running.
Weaknesses[]
Despite being more durable than XLR8, he can be easily destroyed by a single punch from Omni-Enhanced Diamondhead.
History[]
Ben 10[]
In Past Aliens Present, after Steam Cannonbolt was defeated, Steam Smythe used the Steambucket to bring out Steam XLR8, who runs out to destroy modern technology. Ben chases after him as XLR8, leaving Gwen and Max to fend for themselves. Steam XLR8 throws cars at XLR8, who dodges easily. After catching up with him, XLR8 throws a punch, but feels pain after hitting the robot's metal body. Steam XLR8 then gets pummeled by his robot counterpart, reverting back to Ben. Steam XLR8 then runs off. Ben later confronts him at Solar Fields University as Omni-Enhanced Diamondhead, who surrounds the robot with a crystal wall before destroying him with a punch.
