The Smytherator was a steam-powered machine created by Steam Smythe.
Appearance[]
The Smytherator was a large, cylindrical machine made out of Victorian-era technology and rusted metals. It had a large, spherical container on top of it which collected steam. Several pipes containing gears branched out from its base.
Functions[]
The Smytherator was supposed to use steam from geysers to power gigantic engines, which would decimate the nation's power grid. However, had it not been destroyed, it actually would have forced pressure to build up underground, in turn setting off a supervolcano, taking out the entire country.
History[]
Ben 10[]
In The Nature of Things, Steam Smythe built the Smytherator using his Steam Smasher, so that he could use it to destroy the nation's power grid and replace it with steam power. While Omni-Enhanced Four Arms and Aristocrow dealt with Steam Smythe, Gwen and Max tried to disable the Smytherator. Gwen eventually decided to use her binoculars to jam the gears in the machine, causing it to explode.
In Beach Heads, the Smytherator was among many things Gwen and Max recalled having destroyed in the past, while Ben dealt with the villains proper.
