Rook Ben

Rook Ben, formerly referred to as Young One, is a Revonnahgander that first appeared in Bros in Space and he is the youngest child of the Rook Family. After finally losing his bi'nthak, he was no longer a child and chose the name "Ben" after his hero Ben Tennyson.

Personality

History

Rook Ben, known as Young One at the time, appeared in Bros in Space, along with the rest of the Rook family.

In While You Were Away, Young One helps stop the Incursean invasion of Revonnah.

In Rook Tales, Young One stows away on Rook Shar's ship and arrives on Earth to meet Ben. Kundo also arrives on Earth and attempts to bring Young One and Shar home. They escape and arrive in Plumber HQ, where Ben, Blukic and Driba attempt to remove his bi'nthak while Young One tries to repair Rook's broken Proto-Tool. As the episode concludes, Young One naturally loses his bi'nthak and gets to choose his name. He decides on being named Rook Ben, after his idol Ben Tennyson.

Powers and Abilities

Ben has Rook's skill with altering machinery, perhaps better than Rook as he is able to repair his brother's Proto-Tool without any equipment while Rook has to ask for help from Blukic and Driba, who are also unsure if they can.

Ben managed to build and drive a spaceship that he built out of a harvester, farming equipment, and eating utensils.^[1]

Prior to losing his bi'nthak, Ben could use it to hold things, though it did have the habit of smacking him, which was also evident with Rook.

• Ben was referred to as Young One for the majority of his appearances because he had not gone through his naming ceremony. This finally came to pass in Rook Tales.^[2]
• Ben is the first known Revonnahgander to lose his bi'nthak while off world.
