Rocky is a recurring character from Ben 10 who first appears in Max to the Max. He's Sally's boyfriend.
Appearance[]
Rocky is a white skinned boy with blonde hair. He has blue eyes.
History[]
Rocky first appeared in Max to the Max, where he is dating Sally on a hike in the mountains. However, his walk was interrupted by Sydney when he caused a landslide.
In Show Don't Tell, Rocky and Sally visit Ayasha National Park in the United States. However, Hex ends up controlling them and the rest of the tourists with magic to attack and despise Ben. At the end of the day, Sally and Rocky are freed from mind control thanks to Ben. Upon regaining consciousness, Sally becomes annoyed with Rocky because she did not want to get into any more trouble with Ben or his enemies, so Rocky replies that his next trip will be to Asia or Europe as an apology.
In Franken-Fight, Rocky and Sally meet on a date. Sally asks Rocky to take a picture of her crossing the street. However, his head is almost run over by falling Rustbuggy, being totally terrified, without causing any concern to Rocky, since he responds that the photo was great.
