Robert is a pale-skinned man with black hair. He wears a light blue shirt with a blue tie, and a burgundy suit over the shirt.
History[]

Robert first appeared in High Stress Express, where he and his partner Carol McCarol showed the route of the bullet train heading to the San Francisco station. However, their reporting took an unexpected turn when the villain LaGrange appeared to compete and sabotage the train, so Carol and Robert had to report what happened.
