Vulkanus' Robot appeared in Ultimate Sacrifice when fighting Gwen, Kevin and Ben as Humungousaur. It was another one of Vulkanus's suits, only much larger and more powerful. They team was failing to defeat him but Ben turned Ultimate and defeated Vulkanus and nearly destroyed his suit just before Gwen and Kevin realised that Ben was not acting normal.
