Dr. Randolph Pervis was a veterinary doctor and a plastic surgeon who was killed by Carl Nesmith and Jennifer Nocturne.
Appearance[]
Dr. Pervis had a short plump build, with brown hair and black eyes. He had a somewhat creepy demeanor, with a wide grin and a wispy voice. He wore a white lab coat over a green shirt with a black tie.
Personality[]
Dr. Pervis seemed unfazed by Nesmith's arrival and proposal, suggesting he was a doctor well-known for working dirty. He was both confident in his plastic surgery abilities and very money-prioritizing to demand pay from Nesmith up front.

Ultimate Alien[]
In Catch a Falling Star, Dr. Pervis was paid a visit at his veterinary clinic from Carl Nesmith, on the run with Jennifer Nocturne. Nesmith wanted plastic surgery, to completely transform his face and fingerprints, but couldn't go to a regular doctor. Pervis told him he could transform anything he wanted, provided he was paid well enough. Jennifer wired Pervis the money, the surgery worked, and Nesmith had a brand-new face.
Later, Ben and Gwen Tennyson, who were tracking the runaway couple, were led to the clinic after seeing Jennifer's wire transfer. There, they found Pervis dead, left in the back of a freezer room.
