Quad Smack is the Antitrix's hybridization of a mutated Tetramand and an unknown species' DNA and Kevin's equivalent to Four Arms.

Appearance

Quad Smack resembles Four Arms, except his skin is light purple. He has four red eyes and sports a black goatee. Black patterns cover his arms, parts of his fingers are red, and his forearms sport whisker-like spikes. His clothing includes a black sleeveless combat bodysuit with red accents on his torso, hips, chest, and legs, along with gray pauldrons and red spiked knuckles.

Quad Smack wears the Antitrix symbol on his chest.

In De-Fanged!, Quad Smack had a long blonde wig, a few red parts of his clothes were light green, and his pauldrons were painted with light green lightning bolts and small purple stars.

Quad Smack's most prominent ability is his enhanced strength, being able to lift several times his own weight and punch through various resilient materials with ease.

Technically speaking, Quad Smack is physically stronger than Appoplexians. Against all odds, he can overpower and send a Celestialsapien flying several feet with one punch, as demostrated by Four Arms. This strength also allows him to easily scale walls and use heavy objects as weapons, such as a stone statue or a massive saw blade.

Quad Smack can create a sonic clap that is capable of creating shock waves or redirecting gases that come his way. He can also suppress fires by doing this. Similarly, his punches can generate shock waves. His immense strength allows Quad Smack to cause earthquakes by punching the ground, either destabilizing the terrain or forming a fissure.

Quad Smack possesses enhanced durability, and can resist high temperatures to a certain extent.

Quad Smack can jump several times his own height in a single bound. As demonstrated by Four Arms, he can even perform this while holding an extremely heavy object, such as a palm tree.

Quad Smack has enhanced agility and reflexes, as Four Arms demonstrated the ability to quickly navigate a water park and catch several plummeting guests respectively. Considering his large build, Quad Smack can run surprisingly fast and is generally acrobatic, being able to land on his hands.

Due to Kevin's alterations to the Antitrix, Quad Smack is significantly stronger, and much more powerful than Four Arms, having bested him in combat before.

Quad Smack's bulk sometimes is a disadvantage; all the extra muscle mass makes him relatively slower than other opponents. Likewise, his immense size makes him an easy target for enemy attacks and makes moving through areas designed for smaller species difficult.

Quad Smack is vulnerable to electricity, such as that generated by a Fulmini.

Quad Smack can be hypnotized by Zombozo, as demonstrated by Four Arms.

Quad Smack can be temporarily immobilized by crystals, as demonstrated by Four Arms when fighting Dark Matter.

Unless he maintains his health as he ages, Quad Smack's stamina will put him at a disadvantage. In turn, this will make him susceptible to back pain, as demonstrated by Ben 10,000 as Four Arms.

Due to Kevin's alterations to the Antitrix, Quad Smack is too powerful for the inexperienced Kevin to currently utilize to the fullest.

• Quad Smack first appeared in Which Watch, where he battled Shock Rock before getting dragged away by Charmcaster.
• In Four by Four, Quad Smack played laser tag alongside Heatblast and Four Arms.
• In The Bentathlon, Quad Smack battled Shock Rock in a gladiatorial match.
• In Wheels of Fortune, Quad Smack was defeated by LaGrange.

• In What Rhymes with Omnitrix?, Quad Smack teamed up with Humungousaur to battle Charmcaster, only to battle the former for appearing as Charmcaster.

Quad Smack is a playable alien in the game (multiplayer only). He is the in-game equivalent to Four Arms.

Quad Smack is one of the aliens used by Kevin, and is an unlockable playable character, accessible via the Omnitrix after obtaining 99 Omni Tokens.
