Some Ben 10 episodes, as well as Secret of the Omnitrix and Race Against Time, had special versions containing various pop-up trivia facts that provided deeper insight into the world and behind-the-scenes info.  Vilgax's ship is called "The Chimeran Hammer."  Introducing Benjamin Kirby Tennyson - our hero  Ben goes to Madison Elementary in the town of Bellwood   The entire "Ben 10" series takes place over the three month summer vacation  As revealed in episode #20, Ben and Gwens's rivalry comes from sharing the same birthday  As revealed in episode #43, the smaller ship is piloted by Max's old alien girlfriend Xylene  The pod is honing in on Max's DNA signature - but it gets the wrong Tennyson  The Omnitrix is responding to Tennyson DNA - that's why it "jumps" at Ben  Heatblast, the first alien Ben becomes, is considered the favorite by many fans  Vilgax is a Chimera Su Generis from the Shadow Realm - a strange system of planets near a cosmic rift into the Null Void  This is our first clue to Grandpa's secret past  Vilgax's crew are all robots because most organic beings are too scared to work for him!  The Omnitrix uses special omni-energy to merge its wearer's DNA with the thousands of DNA samples it holds to create transformations  Wildmutt is a Vulpimancer from the poisonous planet Vulpin  Living in dark caves beneath the surface, Vulpimancers have no need for eyes and use their amazing sense of smell to "see."  Vulpimancers can make powerful leaps - developed from chasing prey up steep cavern walls  Ben has unlocked or collected nine additional aliens and lost one during the series, making 18 total (not counting Ben 10,000)  Since he's no longer a Plumber, Max knew nothing about the Omnitrix until now so he's not completely faking   The Omnitrix automatically uses the molecules of its wearer's clothes to create coverings for the aliens  There were many different races of Petrosapiens - each with different gem-like colors and shapes  Diamondhead's crystalline body allows Ben to both deflect and absorb most energy beams  |

 Ben's transformations happen in an instant - these scenes show it in "slow motion"  This is Diamondhead's 2nd appearance in the series  This episode takes place in New Mexico  The Rustbucket was designed by the plumbers to run on regular gas as part of its "disguise"  "Hoverboard" is the codename for Tetrax Shard - one of the last living Petrosapiens in the universe  The Omnitrix's green glow is it's unique DNA energy signal and the reason the hunters can track Ben  This is Ghostfreak's 2nd appearance in the series  Ghostfreak's roaming eye is the first clue there's more to him that's hiding under his "skin."  Is this Ben talking here or the real Ghostfreak?  Kraab is a Piscciss Premann  Ghostfreak's protosplasmic DNA is how his species adapted to living near an anti-matter sun  This is the first time our heroes have heard the name "Omnitrix"  SixSix's armor is built from the shell of an assassin robot that he "gutted"  95% of Kraab's body is cybernetic due to injuries he got in the Piscciss-Pyros wars.  SixSix speaks in the Sotoroggian language  Tetrax used to be on the bad side of the epic battle to keep Vilgax from getting the Omnitrix  This is the first time Ben has met someone that's the same species as one of the Omnitrix aliens  Tetrax is hard on Ben because his own lack of thinking caused the destruction of his homeworld Petropia  Tetrax's hoverboard is made of hard-light, created by specialized Petropian crystals  This is Grey Matter's 2nd appearance in the series  Grey Matter's brain capacity makes Ben smarter even about things he's never seen before - like Kraab's alien circuitry  SixSix's name comes from the calibre of the two laser pistols he carries  This is another example of Petropian hard-light tech  Tetrax told Ben his real name in a special holo-message attached to the hoverboard. |

 This episode takes place in New York City  This is Ghostfreak's 3rd appearance in the series  Ben's dad's name is Carl, Carl is Max's son  Ben only has one strike and no outs so the game really did eat his tokens  Kevin wears a padlock around his neck. It's a souvenir from his first crime - stealing a bike  This is XLR8's 3rd appearance in the series  XLR8's face plate is part of his alien biology and is not mechanical  Kevin's last name is Levin  Kevin is roughly a year older than Ben - another reason for the "11" in his name  Apparently, security around the new Sumo Slammers game is pretty intense  This is Stinkfly's 4th appearance in the series  Stinkfly's stink comes from the oils he secretes to keep his exoskeleton joints moving  The non-sumo guy on the sign is Dave Johnson, the show's art director  Kevin is the first non-family member that Ben has shared his secret with  Kevin can only absorb energy, though his powers have great potential for growth  This is Heatblast's 5th appearance in the series  Ben can only stay an alien for 10 minutes at a time.  Introducing Hex - evil magician and master of the black arts  This is XLR8's 5th appearance on the series  Ben's trophies include a piece of Animo's tech (episode #2), a picture of the Krakken (episode #3) and a picture of Ben and Gwen in Sparksville (episode #6)  Gwen's dad Frank is brothers with Ben's dad Carl  Hex's skull facepaint is the same as that worn by the warriors of Bezel  The charms seem to react to Gwen's emotional desires- like wanting to embarrass Ben  This episode takes place in Louisiana  Gwen has hidden abilities that make her the perfect focus for the charm's power  Gwen lives across town from Ben in Bellwood with her dad and her mom Lily  This is Wildmutt's 4th appearance in the series  WIldmutt getting hurt because of Lucky Girl is like many classic "cat vs. dog" cartoons  The charms aren't magic but advanced Bezelian technology that seem "magic" on Earth  This is Four Arms' 6th appearance on the series  Even without the charm, Gwen has great gymnastic and martial arts skills  Gwen has an older brother named Ken that Ben worships  Gwen's cat costume ties in to the cat design on her favorite shirt  The combined power of the charms allows Hex to alter reality, including making the book's spells real  Nice, shot, Gwen! |

 This episode never really happens - it takes place outside the real Ben 10 storyline - and was done just for fun  These heroic actions are a dead giveaway to Max's past as a Plumber  Notice how all of Ben's clothes are the same outfit  Ben is referring to events that took place in episode #13  History change! Vilgax isn't blown to bits here like he was in in Episode #1  Many fans wanted to know what would happen if Gwen got the Omnitrix so this special episode was done to show them  Gwen is much better with the Omnitrix because of her patience - something Ben has very little of  Just like Ben did, Gwen turns into Heatblast first - except she doesn't accidently start a fire  Female Galvans have hair while male Galvans do not  History change! The drone sent out two smaller scout drones before attacking the campsite  Female Petrosapiens do not have spiked backs like male Petrosapiens  Ben didn't learn how to use Diamondhead's projectiles until episode #5  Yet again, Gwen does his a lot better and cooler than Ben did   History change! Vilgax didn't attack our heroes directly until after he had healed in episode #13  Vilgax has complete understanding of the Omnitrix - allowing him to shut it off  History change! Grandpa didn't reveal his Plumber past to Ben until episode #14  History change! The events took place weeks later in episode #13, not the day after episode #1  History change! Grandpa went to Mt. Rushmore with Gwen before attacking Vilgax's ship  A lot of scenes were recreated shot-for-shot from the way they were in the original episodes  At last, the Omnitrix goes to who we later learn was meant to go in the first place - Grandpa Max!  This episode takes place in Texas  This is the first time our heroes have been outside the U.S. together - in this case: Mexico  Disliking Grandpa's cooking is one of the few things Ben and Gwen agree on  The Plumbers were created to fix "leaks" in the normal everyday world like aliens, monsters and ghosts  Operating in secret, the Plumbers took on anything too tough or weird for normal law enforcement to handle  Greymatter - making his 7th appearance - is a Galvan from the tiny but highly advanced planet of Galvan Prime  The Plumbers were established by the Founding Fathers in the 1700s. George Washington was one of the first members  The Plumbers fought mostly paranormal and dimensional trouble until the appearance of the alien Eon in the early 1800s  Both groups have done research on each other since first meeting in episode #11  The Forever Knights are an ancient organization who seek out powerful weapons and tech for reasons yet unknown  There are many orders of Forever Knights all over the world. They first came to the U.S. in the 1920s  The Plumbers built four Rustbuckets - one was destroyed, two are in storage at Mt. Rushmore  The Plumber combat suit is standard issue for all field agents  The knights are like "Anti-Plumbers" - exploiting unusual threats instead of fighting them  The Plumbers also built garbage trucks, station wagons and a riding lawnmower with weapons and gadgets like the Rustbucket  Ben's never had to carry multiple people as Stinkfly, especially not as... uh, big as Grandpa  Grandpa was recruited into the Plumbers while he was at NASA  Grandpa went up against Vilgax several time in the late 60s and early 70s  The knights have used cover names - like "The Organization" - to make it harder to link their activities to one big group  Enoch is the liege of this order of knights, his family has been in the knights for centuries  This is Four Arms' 13th appearance on the series  Tetramands have multiple arms to help them fight the giant predators on their planet Khoros  Plumber rocket boots - standard issue  The Omnitrix's time limit is to prevent the alien DNA attaching permanently to its host  Though Enoch is in charge here, the true leader of this order is the Forever King  Even in Ben's world, sometimes myths just turn out to be myths  Enoch isn't dead- he comes back in episode #35 |

 The Megacruiser from episode #18 - now under Kevin's control after defeating Technorg  Vilgax was last seen in episode #13 and thought killed when his ship exploded  This episode takes place at Niagara Falls  The Omnitrix is responding to Ben thinking about Upgrade, not him saying it  Not even trying to point out all these crazy transformations. Crazy animators!  Vilgax tried to teleport out of his ship before it exploded. The damage caused a malfunction that beamed him into space  Ben transforms over 40 times this episode - becoming all 11 of his aliens at least once  Lepidopterrans spend most of their lives harvesting the giant plants on their swampy planet  As Kevin grows older, more and more of his human DNA will be restored  The real winner here would be Upchuck but Ben hasn't discovered him yet  Vilgax is responsible for the destruction of five planets and the creation of a black hole  Chimera Su Generi like Vilgax are trained from birth for combat  The Null Void Projector was introduced in episode #14  There are two species of Cannonbolt - the more primitive kind lives on Wildmutt's home planet of Vulpin  Grandpa has been afraid to use the projector since he thinks it was damaged while fighting with Phil in episode #14  These winged beasts - known as Nullvoiders - are the only indigenous lifeforms in the void  The void's landscape is always changing - making it impossible to ever know where you're going  Nullvoiders are blind and hunt prey using telepathy that locks onto life energy  Grandpa's Plumber suit is made of a special material that conforms to fit any size person - like Gwen  Havoc Beasts love eating metal and are known to devour entire spaceships mid-flight  Kevin used Wildmutt's sense of smell to find Ben  Max's old partner Phil is still in the void but thousands of "miles" away from this location  Ben would later describe this feeling as "like ripping a really sticky band-aid off a sunburn!"  This episode takes place in South Dakota  Ben would have won this time  Omnitrix City - 20 years into the future. Sometimes called "New Xenon" by alien visitors   Future Ben enhances each of his aliens with nanotech - like XLR8's scanners here  XLR8 is the only Kineceleran on Earth.  This episode takes place in Arizona  Grandpa's friend Wes was a Plumber in the extradimensional control division  This is our first look at the teleportation "lightning" energy from the Anur System  The Omnitrix has been disrupted by the teleportation feedback  Wildvine's species - Florauna - are savage by nature and have little intelligence other than pure instinct  Loboans have voracious appetites and will eat anything - including their own kind  The Loboan's swipe accidentally switched on the Omnitrix's collect mode - the way it gets alien DNA into its storage banks  The Omnitrix's creator Azmuth used the collect mode to gather thousands of species over hundreds of years  Ben's "wolfing out" is because the Omnitrix is stuck between it's collect and active modes  The Yeti is actually a creature stranded here from another dimension  Max doesn't recognize the Loboan as an alien because very few beings have any contact with the Anur System  Luna Lobo is a lush, forest covered moon - one of the few "beautiful" places in the whole Anur System  Benwolf has green eyes like all Loboan cubs.  This "storm" is a result of the Anur System teleportation energy created by Dr. Viktor  Upgrade can create a plasma beam by energizing his biomechanical blood  Upgrade's body is made up of billions of smaller cell-like creatures called nanites  The nanites are what allows Upgrade to reshape and move like liquid even though he's a solid being  Mechamorphs can't "upgrade" living beings, making the merge with Ben's DNA incomplete. That's why he speaks with Ben's voice  The game world enhances Gwen's natural fighting abilities  Sumo Slammers is Ben's favorite game, book and TV show - followed by "Space Pirates" and "Weirdworld"  Ben learned how to create a shockwave by clapping from Tini of the Galactic Enforcers  Tetramands can grow to be as tall as 15 feet high.  This story takes place between episode #52 and the "Race Against Time" movie - even though it aired before both of them  After working with Clancy in the Negative 10 , Animo has discovered ways to gain psychic control over animals  Greymatter is covered with microscopic pads that allows him to stick to any surface  Tetrax's ship is called "the Resolute."  There are two alternate versions of this movie with different aliens (XLR8 and Eye Guy) in the opening battle  Ben's high energy often gets him into trouble, as he gets older, he learns to focus that energy into sports  Originally, Gwen wasn't even supposed to come on the road trip - she was going to a summer study program instead  The arguing between Ben and Gwen had gotten so bad that their parents refused to take vacations together anymore  Tetrax is part of a small band of alien fighters dedicated to stopping Vilgax at all costs  Since the Omnitrix is Vilgax's most desired prize, Tetrax has dedicated his life to learning everything about it  Tetrax is speaking about the fact that Max is a famous Plumber from Earth  Vilgax escaped the Null Void through sheer luck - happening to stumble upon a portal being opened on another planet  Tetrax is using specialized Petropian crystal based technology to "dissect" the Omnitrix  WIldmutt's homeworld of Vulpin is in the same system as Gluto's homeworld  While Ben was getting the tour of the ship, Gwen grabbed a change of clothes and snuck on board  Hoverboard-based combat requires intensive training and use of holographic simulators. Ben, however, is a natural  The transformations put stress on the Omni-Energy Core - Therefore speeding up the countdown  As an undercover agent, Tetrax has learned many secret override codes for hundreds of security systems  Incarcecon was built nearly 500 years ago by the very first version of the Galactic Enforcers  The costume is a leftover from a celebration on Aruburia  This Mechomorph is not a prisoner but a maintenance engineer for Incarcecon's computer systems  Since many prisoners want to prove how tough they are by taking out the infamous Sixsix, he's wearing this disguise  Since Null Void technology is exclusive to the Plumbers, space law enforcement sends its criminals to Incarcecon  The explosive power of Upchuck's "loogies" depends on the chemical composition of what he ate to create them  The Omnitrix rumors have grow in the Intergalactic underworld since Ben's brief time as an alien gladiator in episode #18  SixSix has a personal grudge against Tetrax since being captured by him in episode #5  This Tetramand was formerly part of Slix Vigma's security force in episode #18  All female Chimera Su Generi have a dark "beauty mark" somewhere on their center face tentacle  Incarcecon contains roughly two millions prisoners spread out over hundreds of levels  Myaxx was put on Incarcecon after trying to sell advanced cloaking technology she designed to Sphoeroidian pirates  Gluto's multiple "arms" allow him to pull maneuvers that would be impossible for most pilots  Myaxx oversaw the design of the Omnitrix and was send to collect a lot of the alien DNA herself - including Ghostfreak's  Xenon is most mysterious planet in the galaxy with a thousand terrible legends surrounding it  Many of the problems Ben has getting the Omnitrix to work are also safeguards put there by Azmuth  SixSix's armor has built-in life support systems allowing him to survive in space  The Hugopata Quadrant is an uncharted section of space because no ships can survive long enough to explore it  Since the Omnitrix can'y be removed, Tetrax modified Ben's spacesuit so the Omnitrix acts as a seal between Ben's hand and arm  These drill lines are normally used for deep-space mining  Vilgax has conditioned himself to survive againts the harsh conditions of space without protective gear for brief moments  This gross drink is the Protost version of coffee  Myaxx is very different from most Chimera Su Generi who crave any chance for combat  Gluto's cell-like body makes him Invulnerable to most physical attacks  Ben's pilot skills are a combo of playing video games and tap lessons his mom made him take (he'll never admit it, though)  Gwen set the simulator to recreate a solar storm - the highest level there is  Since these flying attackers have no living pilots, they fearlessly chase their target into any dangerous situation  Though Sixsix is from Sotoragg, his monstrous appearance is due to a mutation and is not what others of his kind look like  Gluto's species can be hurt by energy attacks  The combination of gases in Xenon's outer atmosphere gives the planet an intense green glow  Vilgax's drills damaged the ship's stabilizers, causing it to plummet towards Xenon  Xenon is home to some of the rarest plants life in the galaxy - much of it planted by Azmuth himself  The compound is bulit from one of Xenon's strange but natural rocks formations  Flourana attack any intruders - animal or plant - that wander into their "gardens" nests  Gwen is being taken as a meal offerring to the Flourana's tribal leader  By nature Tetramands like Four Arms are extremely emotional creatures just like Humans  On Petropia, the inhabitats lived beneath the crystal surface in underground cities  There was so much Infighting between the various races on Petropia that it was easy for Vilgax to manipulate them  Azmuth has observed all of Ben's adventures through secret devices on the Omnitrix  Azmuth's disguise is based on the ancient machine gods worshiped by the primitive Galvans  In addition to Myaxx, Azmuth had others who helped him build the Omnitrix - including other Galvans  SixSix is so enraged at being "revealed" that he's gone into a rabid berserker-like state  Ben has a knack for turning his weakness into strengths  Vilgax has called out his entire robotic army for this final battle for the Omnitrix  As long as their bodies are not completely evaporated, Protosts can indeed regenerate themselves  Gluto had to go back to the ship to get his containment armor - otherwise Gwen and he would have been there sooner  The rivalry between Tetrax and Sixsix goes on well into the future until it's finally settled in one final showdown  These are even bigger versions of the robot Ben first battled in episode #1  The battle of Xenon will be recorded in the history of the Plumbers as an important turning point for both young Tennysons  Way Big is a To'kustar , the ultra-rarest alien species in the universe  To'kustars have no home planet.  Ben's hometown of Bellwood was first seen in episode #1 of the series  Eon is a Chronian, an extremely powerful race of aliens with vast powers over matter, energy and time  Heatblast, of the Pyronite species, was the first alien Ben ever turned into after finding the Omnitrix  The minions of Eon are made up of warriors from all throughout time - twisted by Eon into the creatures they have become  Ben isn't used to "going hero" in his own hometown... or his pajamas  "Aw, man!" is Ben's favorite expression  Ben has been back in Bellwood for a few weeks since his summer vacation ended  Ben's alien heroes got famous over the summer thanks to news reports  Since her family moved to a different part of Bellwood during the summer, Gwen is going to Ben's school now  Cash and JT are Ben's old bully enemies first seen in episode #1  Ben's personality is a lot more like his Grandpa's than his parents  Ben's parents have no idea that Ben's "watch" lets him turn into alien superheroes or about his adventures over the summer  Max has an entire set of tools that are disguised Plumber tech - a sonic blast "hammer," a grappling hook "screwdriver," etc  Max's appetite for weird food both human and alien - is the stuff of legend among the Plumbers  Eon's energy blasts can instantly age someone hundreds of years older  Gwen has temporarily given up on her real "magic" in an effort to try and get back to normal  The Null Void is the dimensional alien prison use by the Plumbers and first seen being used in episode #14  Greymatter, of the Galvan species, was first seen in episode #2  Using powers to do things any kid would do - like elaborate pranks - is the main thing that separates Ben from other superheroes  Gwen is much smarter and technically gifted than Ben - especially with computers  Eon first appeared on Earth in the 1800's. The Plumbers had been fighting against mostly supernatural threats up until then  The Plumbers had many secret bases hidden in ordinary and public places  Eon has unnaturally aged Constantine into an almost mummy-like state  The Plumber base is miles below the surface of Bellwood  The Plumbers took up normal jobs in Bellwood so as not to cause any suspicion as to why they were there  The Hands of Armageddon isn't the only super powerful device being kept in this base  The Chronians used their powers to place themselves in another dimension to escape the effects of time but wound up trapped there  Ben really wishes he had his hoverboard right now  Eon's powers over energy are allowing him to control the cars  Chronia was a beautiful world until its people ruined it in their greed to obtain more power over space and time  Didn't Ben's dad seem concerned about more than just the fact Ben was out late?  Grandpa Max has always been fairly quiet on the subject of his wife  Some of old lady Carlyle's plants are alien (no Wildvines, though)  Diamondhead, of the Petrosapien species, first appeared in episode #1  Gwen recognizes the Diamondhead crystal debris, everyone else thinks it's just broken glass  This marks the end of the Rustbucket I (even Upgrade can't help put it back together again)  Notice Eon has gotten older looking as the movie progresses?  Although Ben has stayed in his alien form for over 10 minutes before, it has never been with the failsafe purposely turned off  The Plumbers didn't make the connection between Eon and the Omnitrix until earlier in the summer due to similar energy signatures  Due to his powers over matter, Eon was able to retain his personality in his DNA was collected in the Omnitrix  The Hands needed the full power of a young Chronian to become activated  The weird energy fluctuations of the Hands is making it impossible for Gwen to use her magic  Not all Plumbers were fighters like Grandpa - many were simply scientists, researchers and explorers  Eon is the second alien form that has managed to repress Ben's personality (the other was Ghostfreak)  Some of Eon's previous attempts to take control of Ben were thwarted by the mysterious time-traveler known as Paradox  The Hands' defenses dropped once it was powered on, making it easy to destroy  Wildmut, of the Vulpimancer species, first appeared in episode #1  It's just like Ben to use Gwen as a weapon to hit Eon  The stage manager is played by the movie's writer - Mitch Watson  Cash and JT had a run-in with some of Ben's other alien forms in episode #35  What did Ben's Dad mean by that?
