History

Alien Force

It was first mentioned in Above and Beyond when Helen, Alan, Manny, and Pierce were going to become "real" Plumbers.

Ultimate Alien

It made its debut in The Enemy of My Enemy. It was used as a place to protect Argit from Ultimate Kevin. However, the captain of the academy, Magister Coronach, wasn't happy with putting rookies in the line of fire since they were not ready to deal with that kind of ordeal and thought of it as turning the academy into a war zone.

It appeared again in Revenge of the Swarm, when the trio went to find Elena Valadis for help.

It was shown in Basic Training that the academy has many branches as the Plumbers' Academy featured in this episode was orbiting another star system and had Magister Hulka working there.

Omniverse

It was revealed in So Long, and Thanks for All the Smoothies that the Vreedle Brothers accidentally destroyed the academy.

• A grade of 72 is required to pass the Plumbers' Academy's training and become a Plumber.
• There is a chapter and a half on Ben that has to be studied in the Plumbers' Academy.
• The Plumbers' Academy was originally not supposed to appear in Revenge of the Swarm, with an Earth-based Plumber school taking its role.
• The Academy has been referred to as "Academy 2814" in Ultimate Alien. This is likely meant as a nod to the DC Comics property Green Lantern.
