The Plant Clones were a group of clones created by the Plant Alien.
Appearance[]
Plant Clones were identical to the source of which they are cloned from, albeit with plant limbs.
Personality[]
The clones have the same personality as the originals, except that they are (mostly) emotionless and more focused.
History[]
Ultimate Alien[]
In The Big Story, Jimmy encountered Ben's Plant Clone upon re-exploring the cave the two had been in. The clone met Jimmy at Sav Cost, but failed to keep up the disguise and soon resorted to chasing him down as Humungousaur. Jimmy managed to outrun Humungousaur, but was then met by the Plant Alien as Cannonbolt outside.
Jimmy attempted to contact Gwen and Kevin, but upon reuniting with them, he quickly deduced that they, too, were replaced by the Plant Clones. The clones took him back to the cave to figure out why the Plant Alien could not absorb and clone him, only to reveal its susceptibility to peanuts. Upon being freed, the team was confronted by the Plant Clones, which proved a challenge as they still had the Ultimatrix. However, once more using peanuts, the team managed to destroy the clones and reclaim the device.
Powers and Abilities[]
Although the clones have the same appearance as the original, they do not have the same powers. They have extendable vine like arms and can dodge attacks by extending their skins, which also look like plant vines, and regenerate them back.
The clones knew how to remove and use the Ultimatrix.
The Plant Clones are immune to being controlled by Methanosians (at least prior to their blossoming).
Weaknesses[]
The Plant Clones can be harmed by peanuts and fire. Though Clone Ben transformed into Chromastone, he was still affected by the peanuts even though it was using different DNA.
