Phil Jr. was created by Phil to make the world a better place through science experiments. Phil Jr. started to misinterpret suffering of Earth as the humans' fault and attempted to replace them with robots through time travel. When Phil found out his plan, he deactivated Phil Jr. before he got anymore dangerous. Phil kept him in his garage for safe keeping.
