| “ | As a duly deputized agent of Extraterrestrials for the Ethical Treatment of Aliens, I cannot allow you to harm the Screegit! | ” |
Pax is an alien rights activist.
Appearance[]
Pax has the attitude and typical look of a hippie.
Pax appears to have four vine-legs, and he uses them to emulate having two legs. Pax has various vine growths on his body resembling long hair, whisker-like growths on his chin, and has his fruit/seeds on his head, while other Florauna have them on their backs. He wears a hippie style white vest with a peace sign on it and a brown jacket which appears to have leaves on it. He wears 3D glasses with red and blue lenses, as well as four sandals on his vine-legs.
Pax appears taller and more muscular than an average Florauna.
Personality[]
Pax is known to act in a civilized manner. He wears clothing and is an alien rights activist with non-violent tendencies. Though peaceful, he is very stubborn and acts recklessly.
Pax also seems to have a belief that every alien should be free, including freeing the Screegit (a dangerous animal when released into an atmosphere containing nitrogen) and the Gracklflint (a dangerous arachnid monster that will kill anything on sight). He also has a stereotypical hippie personality with him saying "Man" and being against "Restrictions".
He also seems to have little understanding of the real dangers associated with the creatures he releases, as he always tries to free very dangerous creatures, despite Ben and Rook trying to force some common sense into his brain. He never understands other life is as important as the creatures he frees, nor does he see a difference between an animal being exploited for profit (Screegit) or one being kept as a pet. He thinks it is perfectly alright with letting others get hurt when an alien animal is free from its cage, despite the fact it could be dangerous even to him. This is seen when he tried to release the Screegit from containment again even after he witnessed its destructive rampage.
History[]
Omniverse[]

In Have I Got a Deal for You, Pax coerced Ben into helping him free the Screegit from Hokestar's Extraterrestrial Emporium. They were intercepted by Hokestar, and Pax was shot by his blaster, though he quickly reconstituted his body. They, along with Solid Plugg fought over what to do with the Screegit, until Ben ultimately escaped with it. Pax later met back up with Ben after the Screegit was freed, and consequently grew to dangerous proportions. However, he was unable to help stop it, and was tackled by Solid Plugg. Once the Screegit was contained, Pax once more attempted to free it, but he was stopped by the Plumbers.
In Rad, Pax stowed away on Rad Dudesman's ship to free the Gracklflint on board. Though successful, he was eventually found by Ben and Rook. After apprehending him, they found out that the Gracklflint liked to eat his fruit pods, allowing them to tame it and lure it into its cage. Once the ship was captured by the Incurseans, Grey Matter assigned Pax the job of distracting them in the cargo bay. The group then escaped the vessel's clutches, and were given the Gracklflint back by the Incurseans. On Terminus III, Pax continued to tame the Gracklflint with his fruit pods.
Powers and Abilities[]
Being a Florauna, Pax shares many of the same abilities as Wildvine.
Pax can regenerate body parts, as when the Screegit bit his head off, Blarney T. Hokestar blasted him to pieces,[1] and the Gracklflint first ate his head and later the upper half of his body.[2]
The seeds on Pax's head can be used to tame the Gracklflint.[2]
Weaknesses[]
Electricity Vulnerability
Pax can easily be controlled by a Vladat's Corrupturas.[DJW 2]
Pax can be stunned by electricity, such as that generated from an Amperi.[1][2]
