Outbreak is the eleventh episode of Ben 10: Omniverse.
Plot
Ben and Rook go to an underground Plumber prison. There, Dr. Psychobos ambushes them and steals a piece of the Omnitrix. Ben tries to transform, but the Omnitrix zaps Rook, transforming him into a half-Gourmand creature and the doctor escapes.
