Observos are flying observational robots used by the Galactic Enforcers.
Appearance[]
The main body of an Observo is a metal-gray cylinder, with a blue thruster on one end and a bright blue eye-like display on the other. It has two wings emerging perpendicular from the cylinder, each split halfway down the middle (likely for better manoeuvrability).
Function[]
Observos are used by Galactic Enforcers to scan and survey territory that they are unable or unwilling to traverse themselves. They are deployed from the Enforcers' ship and are able to scan "every inch" of a city within minutes. The Galactic Code of Conduct is clear about using these robots in place of manual searching, as they can perform the task quicker.[1][2] Once they have discovered something, an alarm will sound back on the Enforcers' ship.

An Observo's 'eye' zooming in
Observos, through their 'eye', can create a live visual feed of what they are witnessing and relay it in real time back to an Enforcers' ship. They can also zoom in with precision.
Observos can fly through space and hover in place without need of their wings. This hovering is also completely silent, making them excellent spying technology.
History[]
Ben 10[]
After allying with Ben, Gwen, and Max Tennyson to stop SixSix and Vulkanus, and having brought them to their ship, the Galactic Enforcers dispatched four Observos to fly down to Earth and scan Pittsburgh for where the criminals were hiding. After giving Ben a quick tour of the ship, one of the Observos located the criminals in a strip mine and relayed a constant feed to the ship. Max and Gwen, when forced to stay on the ship, later used this same feed to watch Ben and the Enforcers fight the villains and slowly lose to them, until they decided to also leave the ship.[2]
