Nanny Nightmare is a biochemist and super-villainess that first appeared in Growing Pains.
Appearance[]
Nanny Nightmare is an aged woman with thick red lips. Her hair is purple, and has a fan-like shape to it. She always wears tan earrings and purple mascara.
In Growing Pains, Nanny Nightmare's outfit consisted of an orange and black-striped dress with white leggings and black shoes. She wore an apron with a nametag.
Starting in Baby Buktu, Nanny Nightmare is no longer depicted with nails. Her outfit has drastically changed, now consisting of a brown jacket worn overtop of a collared white shirt and an orange dress.
After being exposed to a modified version of her baby powder, Nanny Nightmare's face became more wrinkled, and her hair became a pale purple color.
Personality[]
Nanny Nightmare views every other person as "ill-mannered", and she thinks they must restart; meaning that all who are considered "ill-mannered" by herself are to be turned into infant children, so they can be reprogrammed to act properly in her eyes. Her views could be considered narcissistic, as she wants them to behave according to what she considers proper without regard for what they think.

Background[]
Prior to her villainous career, Nanny Nightmare was a biochemist who was ridiculed by her peers for her scientific notions, leading her to view everyone else as "ill-mannered". Despite being ridiculed, she eventually developed her infamous baby powder, which she uses to reverse aging for everyone else. At some point, she moved to the Shoppƫ and resided in the daycare area, due to the store having everything she needs to build her super weapon.
Ben 10[]
Nanny Nightmare first appeared in Growing Pains, where she was found by Max, who wanted to discipline his grandchildren for their behavior. Eventually, she used her regressive baby powder on Ben and Gwen; turning them into toddlers due to a flaw in her formula. Ben and Gwen then went up to the roof, where she revealed her ultimate weapon to them and that she was going to turn everyone into babies. Unfortunately for her, Ben and Gwen were able to prevent her from turning everyone into toddlers and she was accidentally exposed to a modified version of her baby powder that made her much older. She, along with her henchmen, were arrested afterwards.
Shortly after escaping prison, Nanny Nightmare regained her youth and seeked out the Fountain of Youth to create a more potent version of her regressive baby powder using the fountain's water. She tested the new version on her henchmen, turning them into toddlers. However, Tim Buktu drank all of the fountain's water, and escaped her wrath.

In Baby Buktu, Nanny Nightmare transformed Max into a toddler and trapped Ben and Gwen so she could resume her attempt to retrieve the Fountain of Youth's from Tim Buktu. Eventually, Ben defeated Nanny Nightmare once more and forced her to make a cure, returning Max and Tim to their normal selves.
In Growing Up Is Hard to Do, Nany Nightmare infiltrated a skatepark and turned almost everyone including Ben, Kevin, and Max into babies. Gwen, however, was spared from being turned into a baby by Wreckingbolt. Eventually, Nanny Nightmare was taken down by a baby version of Jetray, Wreckingbolt, and Max.

Equipment[]
Nanny Nightmare has developed a regressive baby powder formula that can decrease the age of a person, though it can be modified to increase age.[1] She has also created her formula in potion form.[2]
Nanny Nightmare carries a parasol with her, which has multiple uses. It can distribute her regressive baby powder or propel her into the air. She can also load the parasol with candy and fire it like bullets from the tip.[1] She has also created skateboards that can spray the powder.[3]

Etymology[]
A "nanny" is a person that one would hire to look after their children for a very long period of time (usually due to long term travel or work plans that force them away from home), while a "nightmare" is a terrifying dream. Nanny Nightmare is both a nanny and a nightmare, as she is a disturbed individual that seeks to cause harm to all who are "ill-mannered" in her eyes, and she mainly looks after her victims (that have been turned into infant children).

- Nanny Nightmare's use of umbrellas as propellers or weaponry is similar to how the Batman villain Oswald Cobblepot (aka The Penguin) uses his umbrellas.
- Her title as Nanny, English accent, and liking of umbrellas makes her a villainous parody of Mary Poppins, the title character of [Wikipedia:Mary Poppins (film)|the Disney 1964 fantasy film of the same name]], which was based on the book series by P. L. Travers.
