Mrs. Carlyle is a semi-retired Plumber who runs a plant sale on the streets of Bellwood. She appeared in Ben 10: Race Against Time.

Mrs. Carlyle and her plants
She appears in the first instance, when she is sent by Max along with other Plumbers to take care that Eon does not approach Ben. Ben says: "even Mrs. Carlyle and her plants", so it is believed that she takes care of her plants, that she sells them or both. She is the only one who was not locked up by Eon, she is seen in the final scene of the film when Ben says that everything returns to normal, she appears sitting on a bench with a hat and glasses (which she did not have before) and smiling. She, along with Mr. Jenyx and Mr. Enguells, do not say a word. Curiously, they are the last Plumbers to make their debut in that movie.
