Personality
Just like her husband, Mrs. Billions is unhappy with Billy when he fails at getting what he wants. She also spoils him just like her husband.
History
In Rustbucket RIP, when Billy failed to retrieve the Platinum Sumo Slammer card Mrs. Billions was disappointed in Billy. After that, she and Mr. Billions brought Billy into their private helicopter.
