Mrs. Billions is a neutral character and the mother of Billy Billions in Ben 10.
Appearance
Mrs. Billions has long black hair with some white strips. She wears black sunglasses with purple lenses and violet-red lipstick. She wears a dark gray jacket and a black belt with a gold buckle. She wears a red-violet skirt and a dark gray panty hose. Also wears long black boots.
Personality
Just like her husband, Mrs. Billions is unhappy with Billy when he fails at getting what he wants. She also spoils him just like her husband.
History
In Rustbucket RIP, when Billy failed to retrieve the Platinum Sumo Slammers card Mrs. Billions was disappointed in Billy. After that, she and Mr. Billions brought Billy into their private helicopter.
