Ben 23 is a brand ambassador for the establishment, and there is an ongoing contest running there where those who can guess which alien Ben 23 is going to use next will receive a free gyro or soda. His catchphrase is "It's gyro-time!" and his endorsement of the franchise includes posters, T-shirts, pendants and other merchandise. Ben 23 even endorses Mr. Gyro whilst fighting.
