In Omni-Tricked: Part 1, Dr. Animo threatened the city of Portland by using his Teramite to activate the Mount Megalodon, unless he was paid to stop it. Ben, against the advice of Gwen and Max, decided to use his newly-unlocked alien Gax to stop the eruption. Although he was unable to prevent the eruption from happening, he was able to defeat the Teramite and plug the volcano with a rock slide.
In Omni-Tricked: Part 2, Mount Megalodon can be seen in the background while Team Tennyson drove through Portland.
In Omni-Tricked: Part 4, Phil located Vilgax, who had travelled to Mount Megalodon in his Chimeran Hammer. There, he was mining the volcano's magma for molten energy for his ship, so he could break orbit. Ben battled Vilgax on top of the ship, but lost and was taken inside the ship to have the Omnitrix removed. Using Upgrade, Ben sunk the Chimeran Hammer into Mount Megalodon. Although he escaped, Vilgax was not able to, and was scarred from the encounter.
