Max's Plumbing was a local shop owned by Max Tennyson in Omniverse. It was also the secret entrance to the Plumber Headquarters underneath Bellwood.
To enter the base, one had to enter the restroom and pull down the chain that normally flushed the toilet. A hidden elevator would then send the person down to Plumber HQ.

The secret entrance had the appearance of a non-working toilet and there was always an out-of-order sign on the restroom door to keep regular people from discovering the hidden elevator. The store itself appeared to be a regular brownstone building with a cartoon Max as a logo. Its sign was a mix of red (Max's) and blue (Plumbing).

Ironically, in Bengeance is Mine, Bill Gacks, a normal human plumber, actually fixed the broken toilet.
As of The Final Countdown, the shop is no longer in active use since the Plumber Headquarters was moved to space. People can move between Earth and the base through teleportation.
