The Mask of Ah Puch[1][2] is an legendary artifact that appeared in Ultimate Weapon, and is the key to the Sword of Ek Chuaj.
Appearance[]
The design of the mask is based on the face of Ah Puch. It has large green eyes and its sockets are gold and square with the circular descent.
Function[]
The primary function of the mask was to lead its user to the legendary Sword of Ek Chuaj. When activated, the green eyes project a hologram of the the temple the Sword is located in and directions to it. It can also be used to detect secret passages into the temple, and the sword appears when the mask is placed in the right slot inside the temple.

The Plumbers searched for the mask for over 40 years without any luck.[3][4]
Ben 10[]
In Ultimate Weapon, the mask was discovered by oil rig workers. An earthquake alerts them and they run as the ground breaks up while the tower falls below. The mysterious quake unearths a large tornado of flames, which then reveal to them to the mysterious mask. Meanwhile, aboard the RV Max is alerted about the discovery of the mask and after telling the Mayan legend to his grandchildren he arrives at the place where it was discovered. Using Grey Matter Ben uncovers the mask. However, the Forever Knights led by Sir Enoch arrive and just as a fight is about to erupt, a security guard comes and manages to distract the group.
After a brawl, Sir Enoch gets his hand on the mask and the Tennysons follow Sir Enoch to prevent him from obtaining the sword of Ek Chuaj. During another brawl, Max manages to get the mask and Ben using what Max learns about the coordinates of a temple and transforms into Stinkfly to get there. After going through the temple they find the socket where he mask can be placed but Sir Enoch arrives and he manages to throw the Tennysons into the pit of despair. However they are saved thanks to Four Arms and they witness Sir Enoch wielding the sword. However the sword crumbles down due to it being old and the Tennysons escape the temple as they have foiled Sir Enoch's plan.
