He looks like a normal Incursean, but he wears a white uniform and half of his face is covered by his helmet. He has several badges on his chest.
History
He debuted in Rad in which he led the search party on the Lovely Duck.
He appeared as a customer of Grick and Grack in OTTO Motives.
He watched Attea looking for an emperor for herself in Catfight.
Powers and Abilities
He has a long and sticky frog-like tongue. He has enhanced jumping skills.
