Luigi is a hairdresser and main villain in Barbershop Blues.
Appearance[]
Luigi is an elderly man. He is balding and wears a yellow sweater over a white collared shirt with a bow tie. He also wears glasses and blue jeans. Where his right arm would be is a mechanical one with scissor blades as fingers.
Personality[]
Luigi is an eccentric, third-person-speaking vegetarian. He is obsessed with his craft of styling hair in unusual ways, to the point where he'll force those he deems to have perfect hair to get a hairstyle he wants. Against people that irritate him, he'll make an exception and promise to cut their hair in a "quick, cheap and ugly" way.

Max and Gwen take Ben to Luigi's barbershop. Luigi immediately marvels the thought of styling Ben's long hair, but he says he just wants a buzz cut instead. After they sit down, Luigi restrains all of them and reveals his mechanical arm. Max is able to kick Luigi, this angers him and he accidentally frees Ben's arm. Ben transforms into Wildmutt and defeats Luigi by pinning him to a wall with his quill-shooting ability and then biting his scissor fingers off.
Powers and Abilities[]
Luigi is shown to have good reflexes, being able to leap high up out of the way of Wildmutt's rolling attack.
Equipment[]
Luigi uses his mechanical arm with scissors for his profession and for combat. They are sharp enough to harm Wildmutt and shred an apron into shreds before it hits the ground.
Weaknesses[]
Luigi is helpless if his blades are damaged.
