Lt. Rana is an Incursean officer from the celebrated Calaveras Legion.

Lt. Rana looks exactly like an ordinary Incursean soldier.

Lt. Rana first appeared in Tummy Trouble, where he tried to stop Ben and Rook from entering the planet Peptos XI but his ship was damaged by Big Chill.
He was one of the soldiers on Milleous' ship in The Frogs of War: Part 2.
