Leander is a Human/Prypiatosian-B hybrid Rooter who first appeared in The Rooters of All Evil.
Appearance[]
Leander wears black Proto-Tech Armor that serves as his Containment Suit[DJW 1] and has a black helmet that is in the shape of a human head. He has spiky ears and a handle at the top of his helmet. There are three holes on his helmet which glow red.
Personality[]
As a member of the Rooters, he conscientiously obeyed Servantis' orders. He is not talkative, and his behavior is very reminiscent of the behavior of a well-trained soldier.
History[]
Leander makes his debut in The Rooters of All Evil, in which he makes his way from the Null Void to the Plumbers' Base along with the other Rooters. He originally watches Servantis talk with the Plumbers, but later attempts to stop Ben from escaping, alongside Swift. Later in the episode, he is defeated by Ben as Gravattack. After Kevin's escape, the Rooters leave the base to locate him.
In Weapon XI: Part 1, Leander and Phil attacked Manny and Helen on Khoros, but were quickly defeated by Tennyson's team. When the heroes found their base, Leander fought them. However, the overwhelming attacks from the enemy forced the Plumbers to flee.
In Weapon XI: Part 2, Leander fought the heroes when they attacked the Rooters base one more. He, along with the rest of the team, were outsmarted by Kevin and defeated. On the orders of the Magistrata, the group was dissolved, their base confiscated, and they were left to their fate in Null Void.
Powers and Abilities[]
Being part-Prypiatosian-B, Leander can shoot powerful radioactive blasts from his grill plate, similar to NRG.
As his Proto-Tech Armor acts as his Containment Suit, it likely has the same properties as NRG's, such as being highly durable and fireproof.[note 1]
Leander can alter size after if he consumes enough energy, in his true form only, as demonstrated by P'Andor.[2]
Leander can absorb an Aerophibian's neuroshock blasts, in true form only, as also demonstrated by P'Andor.[2]
Weaknesses[]
Leander's radioactive blasts can be absorbed by the plasma generated by Ball Weevil, and he can also be trapped by Ball Weevil's plasma balls.
Leander is vulnerable to be blasted back by electricity, such as that generated by a Conductoid.

Trivia[]
- The way Leander presses his fingers to the side of his head to use his powers is similar to Cyclops from the X-Men.
- Leander is unable to talk because he is mute.[DJW 2][DJW 3]
- No design was made for Leander's human form.[DJW 4]
Notes[]
- ↑ While Prypiatosian-Bs appear to be immune to fire while in their armor, Leander has been shown to be potentially hurt by the force of a fire attack.[1]
