Khoros is the home planet of the Tetramands.[1]
Landscape[]
Khoros has a very arid and flat landscape, thanks to its two suns.[2] Besides the tall city-states that break up its flatness, burgundy sand occupies most of its surface. The sand is compact enough to walk on and land ships, but is also smooth enough for Sandrippers to effortlessly swim through, making it their ideal territory.[1] Venturing further out on the dunes, there are rock cliffs[2] and valleys, which are too impossible for Sandrippers to traverse.[1]
Surprisingly, plants do grow on Khoros, in the form of very thin, black leafless trees; seen growing only at the tops of cliffs.[2]
Tetramand architechture seems to reflect the flatness of the dunes as well, as city-state of House Red Wind is composed of short, stout buildings that lay in a single line, with the main gated entrance being on the central building, which is much more taller than the others by contrast. Buildings are either cubic or trapezoidal prisms, with possible pyramids or triangular prisms for accents.

Species[]

A Sandripper
Khoros is inhabited by giant and vicious predators, which is the reason Tetramands evolved to possess four arms and prodigious strength.[pop-up 1][3][pop-up 2][4][pop-up 3][DVD 1]
Tetramands use an unnamed bison-like species as mounts for travel.
Sandrippers are also seen in Khoros, but they are not used by Tetramands.
The wildlife on Khoros is some of the most dangerous in the universe.[DJW 1]
Culture[]
The Red Wind Kingdom is dominant on Khoros.

Trivia[]
- Originally, Khoros was a dusty and barbaric world where might makes right and survival was a constant struggle. Due to constant conflict, the planet's culture had long devolved, turning from a confederation of thriving city-states into a scorched and boundless wasteland.[Bandai 1] Nomadic tribes ruled by bloodthirsty warlords ceaselessly roamed the landscape, seeking out relics of Khoros' past glory, all in hopes of rediscovering the secrets that would gain them advantage over their enemies.[Bandai 2]
- This was retconned in Omniverse as, judging by the House of Red Wind successfully hosting an auto show with participants from all over the galaxy, Khoros remains developed and civilized; its culture has not devolved; none of its city-states have crumbled; and its inhabitants have no issues surviving.[1][BTP 1]
- Khoros' surface is similar to that of Mars, as it is red, dusty, and barren.
