Kevin Ethan Levin is a future version of Kevin from an alternate timeline.[CN 1]
History[]
Background[]
At some point in his life, Kevin joined President Gwen. Kevin got stuck as Humungoraptor because the Antitrix broke down since Ben 10,000 abandoned him.
Ben 10[]
Kevin was summoned by General Hex to battle a Xerges army with Gwendolyn. Later, in the government bunker, he reunited with Ben, and has an argument with him, which in the end is interrupted by Xerges' attack on the bunker. Kevin, Hex and Ben (transformed into Buzzshock) fight the Xerges, until Ben remembers that he has transformed into a Xerge in the past.
Powers and Abilities[]
Like his Dimension 27998.3 version, Kevin is equipped with the Antitrix, which can transform him into mutated fusions of Ben's aliens. It also contains alien DNA that Ben has yet to unlock.
Weaknesses[]
When the Antitrix was broken, he had no access to any other alien from the Antitrix because he was stuck as Humungoraptor.

Gwen appears to be very close to Kevin, with the two together exchanging jokes in their dialogues and fighting as a group.

Ben and Kevin demonstrate that they do not have a good relationship. While Kevin hates Ben, blaming him for being trapped as Humungoraptor, Ben just mocks Kevin and says that the alien form suits him.
