Ishiyama is a noble sumo samurai and is the main character of the in-universe Sumo Slammers franchise.
Appearance[]
Ishiyama is a middle-aged Japanese man that resembles a sumo artist. He has bandeged up ankles. firm sideburns, neat mustache and has his hair is tied into a bun.
In the Original Series he wore khaki shoulder pads and connecting circles, orange-ish belt, brown kilt, elbow guard, arm cuffs.
In Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, he looked the same as in the Original Series, but his gear was recolored silver, red and black.
In Omniverse. his gear has its Original Series colors, but his shoulder pads are outlined, with brownish arm cuffs with two circles, his sideburns are bushier and has a pair of elbow guards.

Ishiyama wore a zipped brown suit, khaki samurai socks and silver visor with a singular yellow optic.
History[]
Ben 10[]
In, Game Over, when Ben and Gwen were sucked into the Sumo Slammer Smackdown video game, he aided them in their progress. At first, he believed Ben was his arch enemy, Kenko the Shapeshifter, but was convinced otherwise by Gwen. He is very honorable, responding that "a sumo never cheats!" when Ben asked him if he knew any cheat codes to help them out, but decided to make an exception and show them a shortcut to Level 13. He considered Gwen a far greater fighter than Ben. He and Gwen fought Kenko while Ben searched for the Upgrade icon on Level 13. Kenko took his last life, but Ben revived him as Upgrade. Ishiyama declared that he found Max, who joined them at the last minute and was little more than a rookie, to be the greatest warrior of all for knowing that the cleansing Sumo salt would reveal Kenko's true form when he disguised himself to deceive Ben and Gwen.
Ishiyama made a cameo in Monster Weather, where he was seen in a new episode of Sumo Slammers.
Five Years Prior to Omniverse[]
In The Ballad of Mr. Baumann, Ishiyama was seen on boxes of Sumo Slammers-branded cereal at Baumann's.
Alien Force[]
Ishiyama was mentioned in The Final Battle: Part 1 where Ben stated that his enemy Kenko teamed up with him in the Sumo Slammers sequel series, Sumo Slammers: Hero Generation. Later in the episode, he was seen on Ben's TV.
Ultimate Alien[]
Ishiyama was seen in Sumo Slammers IV: The Movie in The Perfect Girlfriend, battling one of Kenko's minions in a sumo ring.
Omniverse[]
In Rules of Engagement, Ben used Ishiyama against Derrick W. who was under the username "Rob-H".
In Fight at the Museum, Exo-Skull used Ishiyama with the username "Exo".
In It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World: Part 1, Ben Prime used him against Ben 23.
Powers and Abilities[]
Ishiyama is a seasoned warrior with tremendous strength, vast intelligence of sumo slammer rules, and surprising agility.
His superhuman strength, which can be partially attributed to his large body mass, is equivalent to that of Four Arms.[1]
Ishiyama can create earthquakes and lightning by slamming the ground, in a move he calls the "Sumo Slam".[1]
Ishiyama has an enhanced jump, being able to move between floating islands at higher altitudes without difficulty.[1]
Ishiyama can generate fire in his attacks.[1]
Moreover, he has the ability to "sumo-size" himself and increase his size, durability, and strength in a flash for battle.[pop-up 1][1]
