Magister Hulka is a drill instructor at the Plumbers' Academy, and the only Plumber more honored and decorated than Max.
Appearance[]
Hulka is a humanoid with a pink face and a strong built body and what appears to be a metal implant on the right side of his head.
Personality[]
Hulka's personality and demeanor is akin to that of a harsh drill sergeant, but he genuinely cares about his cadets. He was willing to sacrifice himself for Tack, and he did not tell his cadets about Kolar because he did not want them in a dangerous situation that they were not ready for.

Ultimate Alien[]
In Basic Training, Hulka He welcomes the Alien Force and Tack in an aggressive manner, later he teaches them to use their weapons and shoot and complains to Ben for using his powers stating that it is against the rules, then he teaches them to use the fusion grands but after seeing that he had done wrong he tries to save Tack only to be saved by Ben as Fasttrack which irritates him even more. Due to Ben's frequent rule-breaking, Hulka puts the cadets to fight against Alpha Squad, once again being irritated by Ben's lack of discipline he punishes them by forcing them to clean the floor with their brushes. Later he lures Kolar to an arsenal of weapons where he fights him and tries to defeat him with the help of Brannigan and the cadets he sends Kolar to the Null Void, in the end he says goodbye to the team who became Plumbers and gives his medal to Ben as thanks for saving his life and for his "adaptability".
Powers and Abilities[]
Hulka has enhanced strength, being able to fight on par with Kolar, and push him right across a room and into the Null Void portal. He is also quite durable, being able to survive Kolar's fierce punches.
Hulka can also jump far distances, seen when he leaped across the Null Void portal to save Tack from falling in.

Etymology[]
Hulka's name is a take on Sgt. Hulka from the movie Stripes.
Trivia[]
- Even though Hulka claims to hate cadets who improvise, one of his medals that he wears and later gives to Ben turns out to be an award for doing so in the field.
